Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or UAE public holidays.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a shipping notification once it’s on its way.

For subscription letters: subscribe any time this month and your first letter ships on the 2nd week of the following month. Recurring letters ship on the 2nd week of each month. 

 

UAE Shipping

We ship across the United Arab Emirates.

•       Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

•       A valid phone number is required at checkout for courier coordination

 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to selected countries.

•       Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days depending on destination and customs

•       International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees

•       Please ensure your full shipping address and postcode are accurate to avoid delays

 

Delivery Delays

While we do everything we can to get your order to you on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier schedules, customs clearance, public holidays, or events outside our control. We appreciate your patience.

 

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
